We expect for you to be thrilled with your Milk & Honey 1860 products. If for any reason you're not, please don't hesitate to contact us & we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

LOTION: We try to keep in natural...so...we're not using super yucky preservative to keep the lotion bomb proof. But we're talking about milk here...so it is a delicate thing. Please keep your lotion out of direct sunlight & excessive heat to help keep the preservative active. If however, you find your lotion being naughty & molding, please contact us as we usually are very happy to replace it for you if you've done your best to keep it as you should. We've found this policy is the best balance for us because we don't want to move to a stronger preservative, but we want your lotion to stay fresh & delicious as well. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is collected as it is assigned to each product...so sometimes based on your location or order size, too much shipping is collected. I will only charge actual shipping. So if at check out, it looks high...no worries, I will refund you anything that is over what it's actually costing.

Use Code MHLOCAL for locals who are picking up at the farm or receiving delivery...so the site will not charge or collect shipping.

 

GIFTS, SPECIAL EVENTS & CURATED PACKAGES

Please let us know if your order is for a gift & we will include a bag + tissue paper + a farmy postcard you can write on. If multiple gifts, please let us know how many bags + tissue + cards to include. 

We are happy to send a gift package directly to the recipient. Just leave their address and any special message or note you'd like written on a little farmy card at checkout...or drop us a quick email using our contact page. We can also curate a gift selection for you based on your details and budget.
